Description

Gremlin Leader is an Act II elite who commands Gremlin minions. She buffs Strength, grants block to her minions, and summons others via Rally. The threat arises both from her attacks and from the Gremlins she spawns. Removing minions or heavy AoE helps neutralize her advantage quickly.
