Lagavulin

Description
Lagavulin is an Act I elite, initially passive (Asleep) for its first three turns, giving players time to prepare. Once awakened, it loses its Metallicize buff and begins repeating a pattern of two high‑damage attacks followed by a powerful debuff that weakens your Dexterity and Strength. It’s a fight that rewards setting up early, then pushing hard once it becomes active.
HP: 109-111 / 112-115 (Ascension 8+)
Abilities
Tips
- Use the first 3 turns while Lagavulin is asleep to play Powers or put down buffs/debuffs.
- Alternatively, you may prefer to make early damage instead of purely defensive plays to reduce later threat load.
- Keep pressure after it awakens because its Siphon Soul ability will make the fight much harder if allowed to stack.

Trivia
Lagavulin's name comes from Gaelic ('Lag a’ Mhuilinn') meaning something like 'hollow of the mill', and is a reference to a whisky distillery in Scotland. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
